1. Giveaway Period
The Wandering Shores Monthly Gear Giveaway is a recurring monthly sweepstakes.
Entry Start: Each monthly entry period begins on the 15th of the month at 12:00 AM ET.
Entry End: Entries close on the 14th of the following month at 11:59 PM ET / 8:59 PM PT.
2. Monthly Live Drawing
Winners are selected via a random drawing held LIVE on The Wandering Shores YouTube Channel.
When: The third Thursday of every month.
Time: 7:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM PT.
3. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via email on the same day as the drawing.
Official Email: All winner notifications will come exclusively from thewanderingshores2020@gmail.com.

4. Claiming Your Prize
The winner has five (5) days from the time the notification email is sent to respond and claim their prize.
Response Window: If the initial winner does not respond within these five days, the prize will be forfeited.
Redrawing: In the event of a forfeiture, a new winner will be drawn, and the notification process will begin again.
5. Shipping & Sponsorship
The Wandering Shores facilitates these giveaways in partnership with various brands. By entering, the winner agrees to:
Work directly with the sponsoring company to secure shipment and provide delivery details.
Coordinate with the sponsor regarding any specific product requirements or logistics.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Entrants must provide a valid email address.
No Purchase Necessary: A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
The prize is one (1) set of Torklift Glowstep Revolution Stairs. No cash value or prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion
Privacy: By participating, you agree to have your First Name, Last Initial, and City/State announced during the live YouTube broadcast. We will not announce your full last name.
7. Eligibility & Residency
This giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Participation is limited to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States. (Entries from Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations are not eligible due to shipping constraints.)
8. Entry Limitations
One Entry Per Person: Only one (1) entry per email address will be accepted for each monthly drawing.
Duplicate Entries: Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
